Hi there, my name is Janoux and I am the filmmaker behind Gerber Weddings.

Since our wedding in 2019 (picture above), Naomi and I have been living in London, where I have been working full time as a producer and videographer. I have enjoyed shooting weddings and a variety of films for brands and businesses; from Happiful magazine, Ava May Aromas to the Resurgo trust.

 

I have a huge passion for telling stories and capturing moments. That is why I first picked up a camera and what led me to first start shooting weddings in 2019.  Whilst I have been creating films for the past 6 years, I was drawn to capturing weddings after getting married myself. I suddenly had firsthand experience of everything that goes into planning the day and the time and care put into organising every detail. Weddings provide such a pure form of storytelling and capturing the raw emotion between two people is beautiful.

 

My style for filming weddings is completely discreet and I love to immerse myself in the day, whilst easily adapting to the needs of each couple, allowing you to be free from any pressure of the camera. I know exactly how it feels to plan a wedding day and hand over responsibility to someone else to capture it for you. For Naomi and I, it was also so important to switch off from the outside world and put our phones away at our wedding.

 

I would therefore love for you also to able to relax and enjoy your day, knowing full well that someone is there to capture it completely.
